Pages are edited with the same drag-and-drop widget editor used for dashboards. Editing a page means arranging widgets on a grid rather than typing into a document.
The layout editor#
In edit mode you can:
- Add widgets — pick a widget type and configure its data source and display options.
- Move and resize widgets by dragging them around the grid.
- Remove widgets you no longer need.
For written content (text, headings, lists, links, tables, images), add a Free Text widget and edit its HTML content.
Creating and organizing pages#
Create a new page from the group sidebar and give it a title and icon. Pages form a single ordered list — drag them in the sidebar to change the order in which they appear.
Page settings#
A page can declare Page Variables (shown as “Page Settings” in the UI). Widgets on the page can read these variables, letting one page adapt its content based on the values you set.
AI page builder#
When AI is configured on your instance, the AI page builder can assemble a page layout for you from a natural-language prompt — describing the widgets and data sources to start from. You can freely edit the result afterward.
History#
Every saved change is tracked in the page’s history, and you can restore the page to an earlier version if needed.
Tips#
- Treat a page like a dashboard you share with the group — start from a Free Text intro widget, then add live widgets below it.
- Use Page Variables to make a single page reusable (for example, a status value that several widgets filter on).
